Four T's

Replace the 4 T's back into the tray. This puzzle has two sides to it. One side is a larger tray and the 4 T's fit in fairly easily, the challenge is how many ways this can be done. When you turn the tray over the other side is smaller, now try fitting the 4 T's back in. Good luck!
